Master's in Sports Physiology
Focus on nutrition
Education, areas of work, and selected projects in one concise view; the PDF version is available to download.
An interdisciplinary background in engineering, sports nutrition, and sports physiology, while developing skills from data analysis toward data science and machine learning.
My primary focus is data analysis, health research, clear communication of results, and the use of automation tools to build reproducible workflows.

Engineering and problem-solving background
A comparison of RF, SVM, GB, and KNN for predicting fatty liver disease in 306 adults with overweight or obesity; the men's Random Forest model achieved the best performance.
Building and evaluating a neural network on the breast cancer dataset, including K-fold validation, Dropout, and hyperparameter tuning; test accuracy was approximately 98%.
Designing a CNN with Keras to classify chest X-ray images and examining performance differences across training, validation, and test sets.
Coursera certificate and final data science project
Sex-specific modeling with data from 306 clinical participants
Emerging methods to fight obesity and automation with artificial intelligence
